A full house welcomed Liu Zhi, the Chef of the Chinese Great Wall Restaurant, who rejoiced the audience with his peculiar „vegetable sculpture”.
The participators had the chance to witness the way common vegetables and slices of meat turned into dishes of fine art – with the help of special Chinese cutting knives: the biggest sensation was the chef’s peacock-composition. The audience literally could get a taste of Chef Liu’s art: at the end of the presentation the participators had the opportunity to eat the freshly created works of art.
