The event organized for the first time had a great success since more than 50 guests were welcomed who could learn and master the art of Chinese paper cutting. Surprisingly, all age group were represented form the very young till the very old who were welcomed by Zhang Xuemei Chinese director of the institute and Lívia Szentmártoni Hungarian director of the Institute.

After the directors kind and warm greetings the guests could hear a really colorful and exciting presentation about the past and present of the art of Chinese paper cutting by the newly arrived Chinese teacher named Chen Yiran. Last but not least, it were the guests themselves who grab some paper and scissors to learn this unique and special Chinese art.
