SZTE Confucius Institute won the special prize of the Chinese Cultural Center

On August 29, by the invitation of the Chinese Cultural Center and the Chinese Art Center, the Hungarian staff of the Confucius Institute of the University of Szeged, took part in the Autumn Festival Mooncake Cooking Program held at the Chefparadé Cooking College in Budapest. At the event, we prepared a Suzhou-style cake (苏州饼) with a bit of Hungarian taste in the spirit of fusion cuisine.

Among the participating teams, our Confucius Institute won the "Autumn Festival Gastro-Cultural Competition Champion Special Award". This year, the Mid-Autumn Festival falls on September 21, our institute will organize a program if possible, during which it will be possible to taste the traditional moon cake.
