At 5th September 2015, from 10 o’clock the Confucius Institute at the University of Szeged will transform the Fish Soup Festival into an international event. The Institute will participate at the event already at the third time, where beside the Chinese fish soup the audience will have the chance to taste other eastern specialities.

According to the traditions, our teachers and students from the Institute will warmly welcome everyone who likes Chinese food, or those who would like to try this special eastern cousine at the Fish Soup Festival.

Visit our tent at the event on Saturday and we will show you how tasty a traditional Chinese Fish Soup can be. Everyone is welcome to meet the Chinese students studying at the University of Szeged and to try this special Asian cousine.
